Dr. Saltiel is a dedicated gastroenterologist and proud native New Yorker, passionately serving the Brooklyn community at Atlantic Gastroenterology. With expertise in endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy, he offers compassionate and thorough care for patients facing a range of gastrointestinal and liver challenges. These include acid reflux, abdominal pain, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and metabolically associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD).
Dr. Saltiel obtained his medical degree from the prestigious Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency in internal medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where he excelled as Chief Fellow. His extensive publication record and national presentations on critical topics, such as colorectal cancer, hepatitis C treatment, and foreign body management in the gastrointestinal tract, underscore his commitment to advancing the field.

Inna Zeltser is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus in gastroenterology. She graduated with honors from Long Island University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing. With a deep-rooted commitment to evidence-based care, Inna brings both clinical excellence and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to our practice.
Inna Zeltser is a highly skilled ANP focusing on the evaluation, management, and long-term care of patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions – including GERD, Inflammatory bowel disease, Irritable bowel syndrome, liver disorders, and colorectal screening. She is particularly passionate about preventative care and empowering patients through education and ongoing support.
